Market Trainer: Led training and onboarding efforts for 200+ employees across 25 locations in California.

Videographer/Editor: Established and managed an internal company video channel, creating a dynamic platform for showcasing products, events, and employee stories.

Instructional Designer: Designed and developed visually engaging training materials, including New Hire, Sales Coach, and Store Manager programs, using graphic design principles to enhance the learning experience.

M365/SharePoint Developer: Created, designed, and maintained SharePoint sites, including Team sites and Communication sites, to meet the unique needs of various departments and projects.

Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition: Played a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent.
